What we've built.
Software, mobile apps, systems, integrations, and custom hardware — across nine industries — what we can show you.

Rudex
2021 – active
An operational system for Serbia's first private explosives manufacturer
We replaced paper, scanned PDFs, and Excel spreadsheets with a single operational system that runs procurement, production, the warehouse, dispatch, delivery, and finance — with full access from a phone, wherever management happens to be.

Indigo Luxor
2026 – active
A complete distribution system — a field app for salespeople, a back-office dashboard, a full document chain
A large system for Indigo Luxor. Three interconnected applications cover the whole chain from field sales to bookkeeping: a PWA for field salespeople, a complete back-office dashboard with 8 separate modules, server-generated PDF documents. Bookkeeping no longer types documents — it reviews them.

Sushi XO
2025 – active
An online ordering site connected directly to the POS system, with a loyalty program the POS couldn't deliver
Sushi XO started with a single restaurant, a phone, and orders on paper. Today they operate at five locations, and the site handles hundreds of orders a day — connected directly to the POS in the kitchen, with SMS login and a loyalty program the POS couldn't support.

An e-commerce operator across multiple countries
2021 – active
An operational system for multi-country e-commerce — orders, warehouses, packages, couriers, and data ingest from multiple formats
The operational backbone for an e-commerce operator working across multiple countries. Three services in one product: a dashboard for the team, a backend that holds the state, and a Python service that imports data in any format suppliers and couriers send.

Rudex
2024 – active
A Face-ID alcohol-tester gate — device, gateway, and central record in one system
For Rudex we developed a purpose-built device that verifies identity (Face-ID) and sobriety (breathalyzer) in a single pass before every shift. The system is architecturally split into two services — an edge gateway on a Raspberry Pi that communicates with the physical breathalyzer over a serial link and runs even without internet, plus a central dashboard application where HR and shift supervisors see who passed, who didn't, and what happened. All controlled, all connected.

Indigo Luxor
2025 – active
The digital home of a 20-year sticker maker — scanning, quiz, prize draws, and a store in one app
Indigo has been releasing physical sticker albums for twenty years. We helped them keep that legacy alive in a web app their audience uses every day — scan the QR on the back of the sticker, fill out the album, play the daily quiz, take part in prize draws, connect with the community through Discord, buy products from the store. All in one product, all from the phone or any machine that supports the web.

Basket Fan
2024 – 2025
A native mobile app for digital sticker collecting — sticker scanning, 3D sticker viewer, gifts.
An app for digital sticker collecting, compiled for iOS and Android: an Expo app with 3D scenes, three separate scan flows (sticker, album, gift). Basket Fan is the predecessor of today's IndigoLuxor; after Basket Fan we jointly decided that the next iteration would go to the web, which gave birth to Indigo Luxor — but Basket Fan was the one that fully proved the model.

DIS
2022 (handed over to IT)
A web app for one of the largest retail chains in Serbia — synced with the ERP
DIS, at the time of the project, had an outdated site with no real catalog or functionality — unacceptable for a retail chain of that size. As a subcontractor with a marketing and consulting agency, we built a new customer-facing site, a CMS for the marketing team, and an integration layer with the ERP. The site has in the meantime been handed over to DIS's internal IT department, which has significantly expanded it.

Prostor
2022 – active
A full business system for storage units — reservations, operator dashboard, a single source of truth
Prostor rents storage units. We built the whole stack: the site where customers reserve, the dashboard through which the operator runs the business, and the backend that holds the state for both sides.

BeeBike
2026 – active
BeeBike online store — a Shopify store and automatic supplier sync
A custom Shopify store for BeeBike, plus a service that runs in the background to keep the catalog aligned with the supplier's — no manual product entry.

BetPass
2024 — concept and design
SelfService 24/7 — a concept for a self-service kiosk with a mobile app and a website
For BetPass we developed a concept and a complete UX/UI design of a network of self-service kiosks — bill payment, credit top-up, vouchers, betting deposits, mobile top-up, daily-turnover deposits, raffle, and more — with a kiosk, mobile app, website, dashboard, and backend as five interconnected subsystems. We started development, but the client halted it at the very beginning for market reasons. We show what was delivered — the concept and the design.

Rupa
2024, built, not yet launched
Rupa — a platform for a billiard club: reservations, tournaments, table-session billing, with a native app and a dashboard
A complete platform built for a planned billiard club — a native app for members on iOS and Android, a dashboard for staff on the web, a .NET backend, identity through Keycloak, and centralized logging through Seq. The club is still in planning; the system is ready for production.
