Terms of use

Last updated: 2026-05-31

These terms apply to access to and use of the xolus.rs site. The site is operated by Xolus, a software studio based in Serbia.

What this site is

xolus.rs is an informational and presentational site for Xolus. It contains descriptions of our services, a portfolio of completed projects, long-form content (Insights), and a contact form.

This site is not an offer to enter into a contract, nor an e-commerce channel. Cooperation with Xolus is contracted separately, on the basis of conversation and a written agreement.

Use of the site

You may freely read and share the content from the site for non-commercial purposes. Commercial use (reprinting, translation, redistribution) requires our written consent.

You agree to:

  • Not use the site for any unlawful activity,
  • Not attempt to compromise the security of the site, server, or other users,
  • Not use automated tools for data collection beyond reasonable limits.

Intellectual property

All content on the site — texts, images, code, design, logos — is the property of Xolus or the relevant clients, and is protected by copyright and related rights law. Logos and names of clients belong to those companies, and we use them with their permission for the purpose of displaying completed projects.

Accuracy of information

Site content is regularly updated, but portfolio data, service descriptions, and technical project details can change. We strive to make everything accurate, but we don't guarantee absolute accuracy or completeness of information at every moment.

Concrete offers, prices, and scope of work are always determined through direct conversation and a written document — what's on the site is not binding.

Links to third parties

The site contains links to external sites (e.g. client sites in the portfolio). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xolus is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages that could arise from use of or inability to use the site.

Specific contracts for the projects we deliver regulate liability within that framework separately.

Privacy

Processing of your data is described in detail in our Privacy policy.

Changes to terms

We may revise these terms. The date of last change is noted at the top of the page. By using the site after a change you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. For any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court in Belgrade has jurisdiction.
